When we checked in,I ask what was the protocol for when do or do they come and clean our room . We got told that they don't clean our room until the 3rd day of your stay if you need service let the front desk know. Ok not a problem,we said. So the 1st morning I /we made up our bed. We had 4 pillows on a bed so one of our pillow was put on the side. Left the room. Later during the day we came back,our gotten some fixing the beds the sides were tucked,pillow on the side was on the bed and received fresh towels and extra amenities was received in our room. The next morning did do up any of the bed and came back to a clean room. Thank you housekeeping great job.😀 It's nice to see all staff of the hotel 🙂doing a great work. Thank you all. Pleasent stay!!

The receptionist was just a gem. I rented room 203 with jacuzzi and was somewhat disappointed because most of the jets were plugged up. I was looking so forward to it...maybe next time. I would suggest you have them clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Hotel. The room was big enough for a family of 5. The beds were super comfortable. Our youngest slept in the sofa bed without any issue. Everything was extremely clean. And the front desk was super helpful when needed. The pool looks outdated but it is warm and a good size for kids. Plus, you can borrow some life jackets for your little ones. The breakfast was from far the best we ever had. I highly recommend this hotel, you get a high quality facility at an affordable price!

The location was perfect. I would have been a lot happier if it was a Continental Breakfast. Having to go to the restaurant was not in the financial plan. The meal was ok, but I wouldn't rush back for a repeat meal.
